Can I personalise my shirt?

Yes you may personalise your shirt with your name on the back of the shirt.

However no nicknames are to be used for personalisation.

Can I pick my own number?

You can print your own number on the back of your shirt.

However your shirt number MUST be between 16 – 99.

We have school numbers on all playing shirts starting from 1-16 so to avoid any number clashes you must not personalise with these numbers. If you have a shirt number that clashes then you will not be allowed to wear your shirt during competitions.

Will I have to buy a new shirt every year?

No, the styles of playing jerseys will not change for at least the next 3 years, so as long as the shirt still fits you will be able to wear this shirt for recurring years.

Can I order a shirt for my child even if they are not part of a team?

Yes, shirts are available for purchase for all students irrespective of playing position

Can I wear the training top in PE lessons?

No, training tops are to be exclusively worn during CCA time or to travel into competitions. PE kit will still be compulsory for PE lessons.

How long will it take for delivery?

We aim to personalise and deliver items that are in stock within 7 days.Items that are out of stock are replenished monthly. If you place an order for an item that is out of stock, we will contact you via email to provide an estimated delivery date.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

All non-personalised apparel and merchandise (ie apparel with no additional name or number printing), can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery.

Unfortunately we are not able to exchange or refund personalised items that have a custom printed name or number. If there is a fault with your item please contact us using the chat icon at the bottom of this page and we’ll work with you to rectify any issues.

Who is Phenom Teamwear?

Phenom Teamwear is a Malaysian brand specialising in sports team kits for schools, colleges, sports academies, and football clubs. Started in 2016, the company supplies some of the top international schools and academies in the country. All of our kits are designed and produced right here in Malaysia.
